Catherine is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator and a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator.

With deep experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, Catherine serves as general counsel for a company that scales fintech and payments businesses. Prior to that, she worked as general counsel & chief compliance officer for a New York-based private equity firm focused on investing in global industrial businesses. In addition, she served as a lawyer with a private credit fund, as in-house counsel for American Express, and as a corporate attorney with Paul Weiss and Fried Frank. 

Catherine holds an LL.M. in Tax, with distinction, a J.D., and a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Catherine serves as an adjunct professor at FIU Law and as a board member of Junior Achievement of South Florida and AJC of Miami and Broward.
